Everything from the original phone call to the final document delivery was extremely professional and in a timely manner. Frances is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. I am an International student and I needed an apostille for my enrolment verification to send it to my country. Frances figured out how to get the document quickly, so the process took less than 2 weeks

Frances helped to apostille my kids documents to attend a school overseas. On our first meeting she seemed on top of her job and she knew exactly what she was doing. Once the documents reached the destination in Washington DC there was a big line and an employee shortage. Frances called them few times every week, sent detailed emails about the kids situation and how they might miss school due to the delay and I was getting all the updates by phone, text messages, emails. Once she got the documents back from DC we still needed a final attestation from the Consulate in LA. Farnces called the embassy few times and explained our situation, She even send them an email with the nearest Fedex office so they can mail it ASAP. Our daughter Sofía studied 11th grade in Arizona and needed her school transcripts notarized, including the Apostille for La Haya in order to get the 11th grade validated in Spain. We started the process in June 2022 and thought that it would be easy but after 8 months, we were still at the starting line. Even with the help of Education First (EF) from the US, it was not possible to advance. We started to get a bit desperate as without those documents, our daughter would not be able to get her high school degree and, therefore, she would not be allowed to start university. Time was against us as the deadlines to present the documents have all expired and we were getting pressure from the school. So, we began to search for firms in the US that could help us with this process. Fortunately, we rapidly found Success Signings LLC and just by reading the reviews we could see that it was a serious company, lead by a qualified professional.
