Yes, Success Signings, LLC specializes in notary services for Estate Planning documents. We work closely with local Estate Planning attorneys and their clients, either in-office, or at the client's home or place of work. While we cannot offer legal advice or interpret legal language, we can ensure complete and proper signing and notarization of the documents prepared by your attorney or Certified Legal Document Preparer. In addition, we can also serve as a witness for the will portion of an estate plan signing.

An Apostille is a specialized certificate issued by the Secretary of State that is attached to your original document to verify it is legitimate and authentic so it will be accepted in Italy. Obtaining an Apostille can be complicated and time consuming so it is best to have trained professionals such as us who understand the process and unique requirements of certain countries to facilitate that process for you. Otherwise, your paperwork could be rejected, which would cost you both time and money. Give us a call so that this does not happen to you!

Yes, we can walk you through your loan modification documents to ensure that you know what you are signing and how to properly execute them. As Notaries Public and Certified Loan Signing Agents, we are well trained on notarial laws and practices, as well as how to briefly explain the documents in your mortgage loan modification. We don't just point and say "sign here."

Acceptable documents for notarizations or identity verification include a current and valid state-issued driver's license or identification card, U.S. passport, U.S. military identification card, or resident alien identification card. We provide both mobile (face to face) and virtual (remote) services. For mobile services, we can meet with you at your office, local coffee shop, or home. Give us a call to talk about the details related to your specific needs.
